Katherine Patinelli is an Analyst with Priority Capital Advisory. Her responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting with investment memoranda and financial analyses, and supporting deal marketing and lender communications throughout the execution process.
Katherine previously worked as an Investment Sales Analyst during her undergraduate studies, where she gained valuable commercial real estate experience through market research, financial analysis, property underwriting, and transaction support.
Katherine earned her B.B.A. in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate and honors in the Liberal Arts from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
In her spare time, Katherine enjoys traveling, reading, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
