Mark Lutzker
Senior Associate
Mark Lutzker is a Senior Associate with Priority Capital Advisory. His responsibilities include preparing Argus and Excel models, deal marketing to capital sources, client reporting, fielding proposals and negotiating term sheets, and deal screening.
Mark previously worked in acquisitions at MJW Investments, where he was responsible for underwriting investment opportunities and conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions. Before that, he worked in the Asset Management department at New Standard Equities, where he helped manage the firm's Pacific Northwest and Southern California portfolios, developing valuable expertise in multifamily real estate assets.
Mark earned his MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and holds a B.A. from New York University.
In his free time, Mark enjoys photography and spending time with his family.
