Matt Lorimer

Matt Lorimer is a Senior Vice President with Priority Capital Advisory. His responsibilities include leading debt and equity placement efforts, managing client and capital provider relationships, and overseeing the structuring and execution of complex financing transactions across a range of asset classes and markets.
Matt brings over a decade of experience in real estate finance, having held senior roles at Shopoff Realty Investments, McCarthy Building Companies, Pacific Hospitality Group Ventures, Lennar Homes, and Avenida Partners. Across these positions, he developed deep expertise in capital markets, debt origination, real estate underwriting, land acquisition, and large-scale construction cost management.
Matt earned his B.S. in Economics from Penn State's Smeal College of Business.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys golf, spending time outdoors, and making memories with his wife and two children.
